At As Good As It Gets, the kitchen is built around one clear principle: food should stay as close to its natural form as possible.
We prepare fresh, plant-based breakfasts, lunches, and drinks using organic, whole ingredients. Everything is minimally processed — no refined sugars, no refined oils — just simple preparations that preserve the food’s natural balance.
Everything in the shop is homemade: plant milks, nut butters, cheeses, ferments. If it’s on our shelves, we’ve made it ourselves. This is the only way to ensure the food is as healthy as it gets, as fresh as it gets — and as tasteful as it gets.
By handling ingredients gently, the food retains its natural flavor, resulting in rich, full tastes you might not expect from minimally processed food. We don’t cook out flavor only to add it back later — we let the original taste shine through. The idea is simple: when food is as healthy as it can be, it also tastes its best.
